The aim of the Eureka project E!3930 inflatreat is to evaluate selected naturally occurring lipophilic antioxidants and their
modified derivatives for their ability to ameliorate inflammation associated with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). The
ultimate goal is the development of a novel nutraceutical product for the management and adjunctive therapy of IBD. The
participants of the project are Yasoo Health Ltd, University of Cyprus and University of Crete.
